Calne Access for All Group acts as a pressure group, highlighting areas of concern regarding accessibility and bringing about improvements.
A number of dropped kerbs have been installed in the town due to the group s fundraising and working in partnership with other agencies, most recently in Bentley Lane and Silver Street.
The group is also currently engaged in trying to improve access to several public buildings and shops. It meets regularly in Calne Library and is always keen to welcome new members and to hear about any access problems.
